Terms and Conditions
All inquiries/graphic/photography requests must be via email to images@ikre8images.com. Telephone inquires as well as social media messages/comments must be followed up by email to confirm the request for services.
All project proofs received must be proof read and spell checked to ensure the correct spelling is depicted on all projects before finalizing proofs. Incorrect spelling of client is not a liability of Ikre8 Images.
Include correct sizing, file formats, and any other details in submission email for order. Please take your time in filling out graphic request form on website. If for some reason you can not utilize the online form please email images@ikre8images.com for an emailed version of the form. The graphic request form will help insure your needs are met.
Commencement time for a project begins when payment/deposit has been received.
Any graphic work costing under $120.00 must be pain in full to commence project. Any graphic work costing more than $120.00 requires a 50% deposit to commence project. Turn-around times for projects may vary. For simple projects, first proof arrives usually within 4-5 business days. At time of quote and project over view turn around time will be established.
Rush requests excluding website design turn around time is 24-48 hours with a $20 fee per project which is not included in the total project cost.
To cancel a request/order, to receive a refund, client must email orders@ikre8images.com within 24-48 hours after payment of project has been received except on rush orders. A non-refundable fee of $20 will be held for all cancelations of rush orders.
If cancelation of project is after the 24-48 hour required time frame a non-refundable fee of 50% of total payment of any monies rendered.
Changes to your order after project has commenced are limited to 3 per order. 4 or more changes will require a resubmission email from client clarifying original order with additional alteration and resubmission fee. (Fee varies on the amount of changes. Standard changes start at $5).

Bank Deposit: Account information will be provided via email if this option is used.
Western Union/Money Gram: Fee amount varies
Cash is only accepted with client consent of cash receipt.
No personal checks are accepted.
Please remember for any payment option that includes a processing fee, that fee must be included in total project cost. See payment options for detail.
